Seats are normally reserved on payment of Rs. @3000/- ( SL ), Rs. @5000/- 3A & 2A. as advance booking amount of package tour. Balance amount should be deposited within 21 days before journey date.
Before journey date fine for cancellation per head >> 25 days - Rs. @250/- SL or Rs. @500/- (2A & 3A) +50% on advance booking amount. 14 days - Rs. @250/- SL or Rs. @500/- (2A & 3A) +50% on total amount 7 days - Rs. @250/- SL or Rs. @500/- (2A & 3A) + 75% on total amount.
Package tour price / date will be changed / Altered / Extended / Cancel due to circumstances - ( Natural calamities, Local Bandh/ Agitation, Road Block/ Strike)
